I don't think it is necessarily needed that we train or condition harder.  For the past years that is exactly

what we have been doing, that is train and condition harder.  Yes it did help us improve, but not

dramatically.  For next year, we as a group should implement a new program, that will advance us into the

next level.  That is the program should target what we face in games, let say more game intensity training.

It should also target different strategies that we can use to defeat teams (for the past years we only have

one objection in game:  give the ball to the forwards asap).  For conditioning, we should try to focus on

speed-endurance, not just pure speed or just pure endurance.  Because we are not on the track team,we

don't do all out sprints, and all out marathons.

What i think is that we need game plays, because we play to much of just hmong soccer,
and we need the training of making our own plays and running a special route during
corner kicks, free kicks, etc.

I also think we as a team should come out more this season and bust everything out this season
because will be short on subs, and everyone thats going to play this season should come out more
and train and play with eachother so we have that connection with eachother more then the past season

Even though this is my first year commiting to the team, i want the team to be the best too =D

What you're talking about is tactics, and yes that is what we need.

from my coaching staff in high school, they told us, weight training is the only way to outmuscle your defender and opponent; this is done in the offseason to improve explosive quickness and stability and endurance. however, conditioning and proper training should be combined and implemented in practices before scrimmages. :D
